How long will it take to receive my order?

Current turn around time forcustom is 1-3 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, send me a message (DM, text 616-512-2770 or contact us) and I'll see what I can do. Ready to ship orders are available immediately and will ship in 1-3 days.

How do I pick yarn colors to customize my piece? What if I don't see a yarn color I want?

Yarn colors are shown as the last picture on each product page and under "customization details". If you don't see the yarn color you want, send me a message and I'll try to get that color.

Do you gift wrap?

These pieces make the best gifts so of course! I gift wrap and include a personalized message to the recipient. Let me know what you'd like the note to say in the "anything else" box.

How do I wash and care for my BeeZee pieces?

1. Treat any stains with stain remover 
2. Flip inside out
3. Wash by itself on gentle cycle with cold water
4. Lay flat to dry

What sizes do your sweaters come in?

We currently offer sizes from newborn (0–3 months) through toddlers (6T).
