Every BeeZee piece is made with care, and we want it to reach you safely and on time. Here's what to expect.
Processing times
- Custom orders: Each custom piece is hand-embroidered to order. Current turnaround is 1-3 weeks, and most orders ship within a week.
- Ready to ship: Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 1-3 days.
Need it by a certain date? Text us at (616) 512-2770 or email shopbeezeeco@gmail.com before you order and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders of $300 or more ship free.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at shopbeezeeco@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
